Govt. Remittances
Internal FS preparation
Update of Cash Position Report (Main Acct.)
Bank Recon
Payroll (Rank and File)
Billing & Collections (Townhouse JV Projects)
Processing of Transfer taxes for sold units
Budget preparation
Loans monitoring
Check preparation & releasing of HO Payments
Bank relations - submission of loan requirements (availment, establishment of lines, payment)
Bank relations - branch relations (check reordering, MC preparations)
Bank relations - CMS
