Job Description

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms

REQUIREMENTS:

College graduate with 1 to 3 years overall BPO experience
College undergraduates, HS and SHS graduates
Experience working in the Banking/Financial, Auto-Insurance is a plus
Average to excellent English communication skills
