Job Description
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Requirement :
At least 18 years old
College graduate with 0 to 2 years above BPO experience
College undergraduates, HS and SHS graduates
Experience working in the Healthcare, Retail, Banking/Financial, Auto-Insurance.
Average to excellent English communication skills
With valid Driver's License or active Philippine Passport holder is a plus
