(BIR, SEC, PCAB, Banks, AMLA, etc.)
• Govt. Remittances
• Internal FS preparation
• Update of Cash Position Report (Main Acct.)
• Bank Recon
• Payroll (Rank and File)
• Billing & Collections (Townhouse JV Projects)
• Processing of Transfer taxes for sold units
• Budget preparation
• Loans monitoring
• Check preparation & releasing of HO Payments
• Bank relations - submission of loan requirements (availment, establishment of lines, payment)
• Bank relations - branch relations (check reordering, MC preparations)
• Bank relations - CMS
QUALIFICATION:
• Accounting Graduate
• With Relevant experience
at least 3 years
