Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CTO, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and internal/external coordination.
Prepare meeting materials, draft agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Manage communications, draft replies, prioritize messages, and ensure timely responses.
Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and documents for accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Serve as the main point of contact between the CTO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and task coordination.
Track and support key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
Oversee office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining an organized office environment.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients on behalf of the CTO, ensuring professional and timely interactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant.
Strong experience in office administration and coordination.
Proven ability to manage calendars and organize meetings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
