Procurement Associate / 3 years of related work experience/Urgent

Job Details:

Provide quotations for handled products.
Plan and create marketing activities.
Forecast stock requirements.
Achieve quotas set by vendors for the company.
Attend conferences, meetings, and events.
Check reports for vendors.
Provide reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing on vendor activities.
Provide price lists and activities for the sales team.
Coordinate with the HR training team for all sales training from vendors.
Cascade and coordinate all end-user promotions, drop prices, SMI, and sell-out reports from vendors.
Monitor and minimize aging inventory.
Assist with after-sales issues.
Coordinate all necessary information and concerns with vendors and suppliers.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights for improving sales.
Create purchase orders (PO).
Send purchase orders to suppliers.
Monitor pick-up and deliveries.
Request payment for purchase orders.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a 4-year Business Course or Technical Course.
At least three (3) years of related work experience in the same field.
Familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
