Business Development Associate (San Juan)

➢ Graduate of any 4-year course with preference in business management, marketing, and
technical courses
➢ At least 2 years of experience as Business Development Associate or similar role
➢ Preferably had worked from the construction or building materials industry, but not
required
➢ Excellent communication in both written and verbal
➢ Can work with minimal supervision and with initiative and commitment
➢ Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
➢ Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
➢ Well organized and structured working style
➢ Good team player
