Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development

Identify and qualify sales leads in North and South American markets
Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
2. Sales Execution

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals with healthcare providers
3. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with distributors to maximize market reach
4. Product Knowledge

Develop a deep understanding of Delivery Date AI™ and its competitive advantages
Articulate the clinical and economic benefits of our technology
5. Marketing Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific materials
Represent Ultrasound AI at industry conferences, trade shows, and events
6. Reporting and Analysis

Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in the CRM system
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and market analyses
Requirements
Must-Have:

3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology or medical devices
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in North and/or South American markets
Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel up to 50-60% within North and South America
Nice-to-Have:

Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
MBA or related advanced degree
Familiarity with the obstetrics and gynecology healthcare sector
