Sales Manager

Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales efforts of pharmaceutical companies. They work with a team of medical sales representatives and clinical trainer’s to develop and implement strategies that help our company sell our products to doctors, hospitals,
pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. He/She must be able to effectively manage large teams of people while also being
detail-oriented enough to understand the intricacies of pharmaceuticals and how they’re used in the medical field.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: College Degree
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: From Medical/Pharmaceutical is an advantage, yet open to anyone from other industry
SALARY RANGE: 80,000 (minimum)

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
 Monitoring competitor activities in the industry by reading industry publications and attending industry events to stay up to date on trends in the industry while adjusting sales strategies accordingly
 Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities
 Reporting to executive management on the performance of the sales team
 Working with Marketing Manager to develop targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential customers
 Reviewing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in sales force performance
 Defining and executing territory sales plans
