Position: Hotel Operations Manager (Earn Up to Php150,000)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With 3-5 years hotel management experience
✨ With experience handling all aspects of hotel operations
✨ Must be willing to stay in the villa
✨ Willing to work 6 days per week
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Ensures that all the rooms and facilities are maintained to high standards
✨Handles the procurement of daily items needed for the villa
✨ Create and implement service standard and ensures that all employees will adhere to this
✨ Ensure all guest receive professional and friendly reception
✨Recruit, train and manage villa staff and foster positive working environment
✨Calmly and promptly handles various emergencies and resolve issues
