Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred Work Experience
Prefer previous customer service/call center experience
Prefer 1-3 years experience with medical coding, medical billing, eligibility (hospital or government, or other pertinent medical experience
Competencies & Skills
Strong PC skills with a typing speed of 30-40 words per minute
Effective teamwork and communication skills with coworkers, patients, and external agencies
