Job Description
Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pleasing personality and ability to present oneself well
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
At least 1-2 years of work experience in real estate
Willing to start immediately
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sales Operations Supervisor
Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance measurement and monitoring
Identify marketing opportunities and trends to ensure the region continues to apply effective marketing and sales strategies
Update and provide a monthly buyer profile to the sales team
Coordinate with Corporate Sales for the assessment of sellers provided by the group
Salary Range: PHP 16,000 – 20,000
Benefits: Government-mandated benefits and HMO
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
