Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 years or Business-related course
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Pleasing personality and can carry himself/herself well
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- At least have 1 - 2 years' work experience in real estate
- Willing to start immediately
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Supervisor
- Maintains all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored
- Identify marketing opportunities and trends to ensure that the region continues to apply effective marketing and sales strategies
- Update and provide monthly buyers profile to the sales team
- Coordinates with Corporate Sales for the assessment of the sellers provided by the group
- Have 1 - 2 years' work experience in real estate

SALARY RANGE: 16k - 20k
BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
WORK LOCATION - Subic, Zambales
