Job Description

"CSR Travel Agent Tier 1
Location: Pasig City
Salary: 28,000 - 30,700

-Knowledge of ticketing and managing GDS queues.
-Communicate with airline partners, consolidators, and other departments as needed.
-Support B2B customers with their business travel needs.
-Process ticket issuance, exchanges, and refunds across all GDSs (Apollo, Sabre, Amadeus).
-Maintain high satisfaction standards and strive to exceed customer expectations in handling bookings and inquiries.
-Respond to concerns and inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing necessary product and service information.
-Resolve issues by applying TravelPerk policies and creatively addressing unique challenges.
-Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support.

Position requirements:
-Must be at least a HS or SHS graduate or College Undergraduate
-At least 1-3 year of call center or customer service experience
-Has good communication and interpersonal skills
-Has good analytical skills
-Knowledgeable in MS Office and Internet browsing
