Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team in our Angeles City office. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software (e.g., CRM systems, project management tools).
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Capable of working under tight deadlines.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Flexibility: Open to working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Willingness to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Availability: Immediate availability to start work. Must be based in Angeles City or willing to relocate.
