Job Description

Oversees all drivers including operation, condition and over-all performance.
Ensures that all vehicles and drivers are being utilized to their fullest potentials in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Vehicle scheduling, route planning and dispatching.
Vehicle performance monitoring, record keeping and improvement.
Correcting and improving driver’s behavior.
Evaluate driver’s performance.
Tracking driver’s attendance and status.
Ensuring driver adherence to transport regulation.
Maintain constant communication with driver
Oversee schedule vehicle maintenance and service to minimize downtime.
