Job Description
Shift Schedule | Restdays: Rotational (24/7) Schedule | No fixed day off
Educational Requirement: At least 2nd year College undergraduate/ Vocational Diploma (2yrs.)/Associate's Degree (2yrs.)/College Graduate
Work Experience:
1. Team Lead exp for 3-5yrs. in a BPO setting
2. With Travel account exp preferably
3. Can consider exposure from telco, sales, technical, and helpdesk accounts (complex accounts in a pure voice environment)
5. With people management and good communication skills
