Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital, Graphic Designer and Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the clients brand's online presence and engagement, with a focus on the US market. The ideal candidate will navigate through a library of digital files and photographs from previous catalogs, learn the promotional products/uniform market and have a strong background in retail / E- commerce digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand management within the apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Design comprehensive digital and social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital and social media platforms, outlining a comprehensive content calendar across all media platforms.
- Content Strategy: Oversee content creation that aligns with the brand's voice, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all channels, while staying up-to date with the latest trends.

2. Leadership
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing efforts.

3. Analytics and Reporting
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and social media metrics, providing actionable insights, such as Constant Contact, HubSpot, Google Analytics and other industry marketing platforms.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, social media growth, and ROI to present to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably in the apparel industry.

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in digital marketing is a plus.

3. Skills:
- Proficient in social media management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for design and content creation
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
