Job Title: Digital Marketer with Social Media Experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer with a strong background in social media. This full-time role is crucial in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and proactive, with a growth mindset and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Design, execute, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Content Creation and Curation: Produce and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and driving audience interaction.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the community.
Performance Analysis: Track social media metrics and generate detailed reports to evaluate the success of campaigns, pinpoint areas for improvement, and refine strategies accordingly.
Trend and Tool Awareness: Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating these insights into our social media strategies.
Collaborative Marketing Efforts: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader digital marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach.
Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to meet specific business objectives and drive targeted results.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences better and tailor content and strategies to meet their needs and preferences.
Additional Digital Marketing Tasks: Support other digital marketing functions as needed, including email marketing, SEO, and content marketing, to contribute to overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Digital Marketer, with a strong emphasis on social media management.
Platform Proficiency: Expertise in using social media platforms and tools, including SocialBlade, Iconosquare, Later, Meta AI apps, and TikTok apps.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and interact effectively with the audience.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize social media strategies.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Creativity and Initiative: High level of creativity, self-motivation, and initiative to drive innovative social media strategies and content.
Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with social media advertising and promotion strategies, including campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
Graphic Design Skills: Basic graphic design abilities, with proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for creating visually appealing content.
Preferred:
Brand Management Experience: Experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses, demonstrating the ability to enhance online presence and drive engagement.
SEO and SEM: Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices, with the ability to integrate these strategies into social media and digital marketing efforts.
Content Management and Automation: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
Personality Traits:
Excellent verbal communication skills.

Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
Laptop or desktop with updated operating system (at least core i5 or higher).

Headset with microphone for clear communication.
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
