Job Description:
responsible in maintaining the cleanliness, organization and disinfection of
the workplace and common areas according to the company’s standards and procedures
shall perform proper coordination and monitoring of general maintenance and repairs for
equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and other building
systems. He shall be in charge of monitoring, controlling, and proper handling or usage of
housekeeping equipment, supplies, and materials. He shall also act as the company
representative and shall be responsible for handling general administrative and liaison
functions, as required.
