Job Description

Responsible for assisting the Product and/or Marketing Manager in preparing and implementing various marketing plans.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinates or communicates with the Brands’ respective principals with regards to minor details (follow-up on products, order status, marketing materials, etc.)
• Recommends and implements pricing for products (new arrivals or markdowns)
• Collates marketing and sales reports for evaluation, analysis and recommends plan of action:
a. New products monitoring
b. Product analysis
c. Sell-through
d. Sales per store
• Prepares information and data needed for ordering products
• Monitors orders placed and coordinates with the various departments on deliveries
• Helps organize market and product research to improve product releases accepted by consumers.
• Works with the Sales Team to understand and analyze retail trend, product movement, for better ordering and maximization of products.
• Prepares samples, product catalogs and other paraphernalia needed by Sales Dept.
• Coordinates advertising and promotional efforts/activities of the brands (ad agency, government agency, sales dept. Suppliers, VMs, Malls, Etc.)
• Works with Visual Merchandiser to ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans. Trains the team on visual merchandising as relayed by the principals.
• Conducts market visits to the stores to check on sales feedback per store, merchandising, market trend, and competitive activities.
• Assists the Product Manager and Group Marketing Manager in collecting data needed for management and principal reports.
• Prepares monthly Social Media Content Plan for online platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
• Prepares and select products for E-commerce Stores ( Shopee & Lazada) [for W Brown Only]
• Manages social correspondence with customer inquiries on various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and Instagram)

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, Mass Communications, or equivalent
• At least two (2) years of working experience in retail marketing or equivalent
• Experience in copywriting, digital marketing, and/or e-commerce operations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Has good attention to details and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented, Strategic thinker and with strong work ethics
• With strong interpersonal skills
• With a personality that thrives in a fast-paced and exciting work environment
