NIVERSE PEAK PHILIPPINE CORP.(UP) , registered in Philippines, focuses on the trading of bulk building materials. The main building materials include eleven categories of Sanitary Fixtures, Plumbing , Decorative Materials, Waterproof Materials, Household Appliances, Electrical Equipment, Auxiliary, Mechanical Equipment, Fire Protection, Basic Building Materials and Others related. It basically covers the trade of building materials in the fields related to housing construction, infrastructure construction and public buildings. By integrating the global building materials supply chain resources, it forms one-stop building materials supply services including bulk design consultation and value engineer, building materials trade transaction, logistics, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, after-sales installation and maintenance, etc. UP belongs to Pacific Infinity Holdings Limited, which was established in Hong Kong in 2008. Starting from mining, Pacific Group has gradually expanded to the upstream and downstream industrial chain of minerals, and expanded to the ownership and management rights of mines. In 2016, it was involved in the wholesale sales of stainless steel and aluminum alloy and the upstream and downstream construction. In 2017, it entered the real estate development, environmental protection and energy sectors. In 2019, it entered the shipping logistics business. Job Brief

We are seeking competitive and trustworthy Sales Engineers to join our Sales Team. As a Sales Engineer, your role involves discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers through email and phone, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and attentive to their requirements and new projects.
Prepare and deliver product and services presentations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, trade events or conferences.
Able to negotiate, close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the Sales Team.
Direct report to Sales Manager.
Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
Preferably knowledgeable in building-material business environment.
Experience in Real Estate, Procurement Department or Quantity Survey Department working with top builders and developers in the Philippines is a plus.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner with a passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
With knowledge of MS Office.
Must be willing to report for work at BGC, Taguig City
Working schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
