Job Description

• Collaborate with superiors and IT staff to coordinate job orders for main trouble issues.
• Conduct inspections and repairs of Network Access Points (NAP) to ensure optimal network performance.
• Troubleshoot and fix any NAP-related issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
• Identify areas outside the company's current coverage and conduct surveys to assess feasibility for expansion.
• Take the lead in setting up live programs for the company, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
• Respond to fiber cut incidents and other fiber-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
