Job Description
• At least 2 Exp as Real-Time Analyst Lead
• Can be an individual contributor.
• Proficiency in real-time monitoring tools and software used in BPO operations (e.g., workforce management systems, CRM software, call center management systems).
• Experience using Twilio CRM is an advantage
• Willing work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, and McKinley, Taguig City in a shifting schedule
