Job Description
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF THIS JOB:
-Answering incoming calls from customers
-Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
-Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
-Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
-Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-At least Senior High School Graduate
-With at least 6 months Customer Facing Work Experience
-Have Excellent communication skills
-Willing to work on site
