Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide routine phone support to clients in a dynamic call-center environment. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service under regular supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests and calls related to specific programs and products.
- Identify and address customer needs following client-specific procedures.
- Resolve issues and deescalate irate or dissatisfied customers.
- Escalate calls to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduates
- Without BPO Experience (6 months BPO Experience is Preferred but not Required)
- Willing to work onsite at TAGUIG
