This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role based in Makati, Manila. As a Customer Service Representative at STACKph, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.

Qualifications

at least HS/SHS Graduate with 6 months BPO experience
Open also for College Graduate with Good English Communication Skills
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in a customer service role is a plus
Knowledge of CRM systems and tools
Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
