Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests. You will provide excellent customer support, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
3. Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
4. Ensure high-quality service by following company protocols and KPIs.
5. Process customer transactions, refunds, or billing inquiries.
6. Maintain records of interactions in the system and document resolutions.

Requirements:
1. At least a high school graduate (college degree is a plus).
2. Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required.
3. Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
4. Good customer service skills and patience in handling complaints.

Skills:
1. Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
2. Active listening and problem-solving skills.
3. Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM tools.
4. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Salary:
