Job Description

Work Schedule: 11:00 PM to 8: 00 AM - Monday to Friday
Qualifications:
• Willing to work in night shift.
• Graduate of Office Admin or any bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of experience as a secretary or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft application (MS Word, Excel, MS 365 Office)

Admin – Credit Analyst:
• Work with the immigration department on customer payment collection.
• Will be responsible to collect and verify the payment information given by the customer (candidate not company).
• Will also be responsible to keep log and do follow-up on payment plan.
• Need to have a very good customer relationship attitude.

Receptionist:
• Answers inbound calls from around the world (especially North America) and redirect to appropriate department.
• Need to be very proficient in English
• Really good customer relationship
