Job Description
The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into revenue opportunities to achieve sales targets. They must consistently ensure exceptional customer service levels.
Key Result Areas:
Execute business unit sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Develop and manage key accounts.
Maintain and manage the sales funnel, ensuring all sales administration is current using the database.
Perform all necessary sales processes using the agreed platform.
Seek out new opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social media.
Prepare and conduct relevant product discussions.
Ensure that the company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
Deliver consistent customer service levels that exceed client expectations.
Meet with customers and actively listen to their needs.
Coordinate the company's resources and technical support as needed to address customer issues and feedback.
Achieve targets and adhere to budget controls to contribute to business unit profitability.
Gather and communicate market intelligence to the company.
Provide and interpret detailed monthly reports on sales activity, customer service levels, and sales achievements.
Develop annual and monthly activity plans to ensure the success of business unit goals and strategies.
Update job and product knowledge through educational and learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
Academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Food Technology, or other related fields
2 years of professional experience in Laboratory and B2B Sales
