Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Track company income and expenditures
Record cash receipts and cash disbursements in the journals
Post monthly balances to the general ledger
Prepare trial balance, balance sheet and income statement
Verify transactions are recorded in the correct books of accounts
Process accounts receivable/payable and payroll
Prepare tax forms under the guidance of a senior accountant
Qualifications
Any four-year business course
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Excel
Willing to do fieldwork
Customer-service oriented
Highly-motivated and dedicated individual
With bookkeeping experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
