Job Description
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team performance.
Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets, working closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products/services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights on customer needs and preferences, contributing to enhancing our product offerings.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential growth areas.
Travel within the assigned area to meet clients, attend industry events, and build relationships that promote business growth.
