Job Description
Develop and maintain the product vision and strategy based on market research and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to execute product development initiatives.
Drive the product development process, from sprint planning and backlog grooming to release coordination and delivery.
Plan and execute product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, coordinating marketing efforts, and supporting sales enablement.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate product hypotheses, and ensure product-market fit.
Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and release plans to internal stakeholders and external customers.
Act as a champion for the product both internally and externally, advocating for its value and benefits.
Drive the success of the product, ensuring it meets the needs of customers and aligns with the company's business goals throughout its lifecycle.
