Job Description

Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)
Schedule: Dayshift

Qualifications:
— Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or other relevant courses
— Minimum of 2 - 3 years hands-on experience in managing and executing end-to-end data migration projects, from planning through execution and validation.
— Experience in leading roles such as Data Migration Lead, Technical Lead, or Project Manager, responsible for coordinating across teams, overseeing migration strategies, and ensuring seamless execution.
— Proven experience in implementing thorough DVR strategies, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data post-migration using reconciliation tools, query validation, and comparison methods.
— Familiarity with key metrics for measuring data migration success, such as data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Experience in monitoring performance, error rates, and volume metrics.
— In-depth understanding of data security challenges during migration.
— Experience with various data cleansing techniques
— Competence in mapping source data to target systems using ETL tools and frameworks. Strong focus on testing and validation to ensure accurate and complete migration to the target system.
— Comprehensive knowledge of post-migration activities
