Job Purpose:

Supports the business development team in identifying growth opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue. The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of business development activities.

Job Description:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform strategy.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence.
Setting goals and objectives for business growth and ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree: Typically, in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Advanced Degree, Professional Experience, and Product Management Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Experience in the relevant industry or sector is often preferred (e.g., tech, consumer goods, healthcare).
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support.
