Job Description

Salary: open rate
Qualifications:
— Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or other relevant courses
— At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
— Required skillset: Unix, Shell scripting, Python, SQL, XML, Analytical Thinking, Java (optional)
Job Responsibilities:
— Mainly the work is related to handling of Customer complaints (Incidents) and the User requests (Service Request/SR) on daily basis. Focal will be required to contribute by handling the same. This will require analysis of the Incidents and Service Requests and providing the best solution to resolve/complete them.
— Focal will be provided access to the necessary applications and KT/ Handover to perform the daily tasks.
— Focal will also perform automations for the repeated Incidents or SRs to bring down the turn-around time of handling them.
— This is a critical support role and may require on-call/ work in shift specially when we have Deployments or Major issue in Production system
