Job Description
Material Canvassing
Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate terms and prices.
Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Review and approve purchase orders and contracts.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality.
Manage procurement budgets and track expenses.
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to forecast material needs.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
