Job Description

The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads
and converting these into opportunities for revenue to achieve sales targets. They are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service levels are achieved consistently.

Key Result Areas:

- Execution of business unit sales strategies and campaigns to drive
revenue growth.
- Development of key accounts.
- Management and maintenance of sales funnel and ensures all sales administration is kept current using the Database.
- Performance of all necessary sales processes using the agreed platform.
- Seeks out new opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social media.
- Preparation and conduct of appropriate product discussions.
- Ensures Brownstone Asia-Tech remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
- Ensures delivery of consistent customer service levels that exceed client requirements.
- Meets with customers and actively listens to their needs.
- Coordinates Brownstone Asia-Tech resources and technical support when necessary to best address customer issues/feedback.
- Achievement of targets and following controls of budgets to contribute to the business unit profitability.
- Seeks and communicates market intelligence to the company.
- Provides and interprets detailed monthly reporting on sales activity, customer service levels, and sales achievement for the business unit.
- Development of annual plan and monthly activity plan necessary to ensure the success of the business unit goals and strategies.
- Updates job and product knowledge by participating in educational and learning opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Food Technology, or other related field.
- 2 years professional experience in Laboratory and B2B Sales.
