Job Description

Drake’s top client – a global IT consulting firm specializing in digital transformation, data analytics, application development, and IT modernization across various industries, is currently hiring a Scrum Master to be part of their collaborative team in Makati City!

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles and practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and time management skills
- Demonstrated growth mindset
- Able to explain what Agile mindset means, what makes a great team and how both of those connect to the Agile Principles
- Understand and be able to coach on how Sprint Planning leads to a Sprint Goal and how a Sprint Goal connects to the team's OKR's

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Exceptional skill in managing risk, issues and dependencies.
- Outstanding collaboration skills
- Demonstrated leadership on continuous process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Scrum Team
- Works well in a matrix organization
- Scrum Master certification

Preferred Skills/ Experiences
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification a plus
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks Comfort with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MURAL
- Knowledge and/or experience with Agile/Product techniques (i.e. User Stories, Personas, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming, Automated Testing)
- Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with non-technical team members, resolving contending or contradictory objectives, and unifying disparate ideas into a homogenized solution
- Positive attitude and ability to inspire the team toward continuous improvement
- Experience with outcomes-based planning and delivery (i.e., OKR)
- Ability to work in ambiguity and iterate to a solution

- Executing the backlog as requested by the product manager, and the other Scrum tactics such as Daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, working agreements, charters, team routines, etc.: Facilitates & Actively seeks out New Ideas and concepts to mature team(s)

Hybrid setup- 2x a week in the office
