Sales Officer for Makati

SALES OFFICER (MAKATI OFFICE) URGENT
Salary Offer : P25,000.00
(Makati Office)
Work Schedule : 8:30am-5:30pm
Qualifications:
 College graduate in marketing/business administration/related field.
 Atleast 1 year of sales experience/Sales experience is a plus.
 Preferably female
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
o Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
o Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure informed purchasing
decisions.
o Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
2. Sales and Promotion:
o Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.

o Recommend additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase
sales.
o Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features.
3. Checkout and Transactions:
o Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
o Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
o Maintain knowledge of payment processing procedures and security measures.
4. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with other sales associates and store management to achieve overall store goals.
o Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills
