Job Description

Location: Makati City (Hybrid, 3x - 4x onsite per week)
Schedule: 24x7 Shifting, can be assigned wfh during Saturdays and Sundays

Job Summary: The Service Desk Analyst provide first level support for incident and service request report from Service Desk System, Email, Chat, Calls and walk in.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS IT or any related courses.
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in Technical Support.
- Experience in any ticketing tool.
- Experience on support of android tablet
- Excellent communication skills and highly analytical and keen on details.
- Preferably someone who can start ASAP
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
