Job Description
• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in
Psychology, HRDM, or other related courses.
• Must have at least 3 years working experience
as Recruitment Supervisor or a Team Lead
role.
• Must have extensive background with
recruitment.
• Must be hardworking, organized, and
resourceful.
• Ability to lead and guide a team of recruiters.
• Ability to work well and deliver under
pressure.
