Job Description
SALARY RANGE: ₱23,000 - ₱25,000
WORK SCHEDULE: 6 days/week
JOB PURPOSE: Coordinates the installation, maintenance and repair work in buildings or large complexes; Manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects; Maintain equipment that’s relevant for each site they oversee.
- Must be a Graduate of a relevant College Degree / Vocational Technical course/s
- With at least 3-5 years’ experience, as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (Electrical, Heating, etc.)
- Technical Competence: Building and Equipment Maintenance Methods and Theories | Project Controls
- Leadership: Ability to spot potential issues and act quickly often averts serious problems at any facility | Have good attention to details combined with a problem-solving mindset | Directs the team and is able to influence team members’ emotional state positively et,ven when morale is low | Ensure that the maintenance team functions as a cohesive unit working towards common goals | Leads maintenance team in an effective, positive and efficient manner | Set a positive example to inspire subordinates to follow your example | Have a clear vision of project goals and know how to delegate effectively. Must be able to prioritize tasks manage timelines and match employee skills to the appropriate project tasks | Know how to promote teamwork enables the team to brainstorm ideas and come up with workable solutions together
