Encoder

The Encoder is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company’s database. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring data integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Encode receipts, petty vouchers, and other financial related documents.

· Encode and digitize documents, data, and other information into standardized formats.

· Organize and maintain an accurate database of encoded data.

· Review and validate the integrity of encoded documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

· Work with different file formats (e.g., text, spreadsheets, PDFs, images) and convert them into structured formats (e.g., Excel, CSV, databases).

· Troubleshoot encoding errors or discrepancies and work to resolve them quickly.

· Maintain confidentiality and ensure security for sensitive data during the encoding process.

· Collaborate with team members to streamline data encoding and document handling processes.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.

· Senior High school diploma or equivalent

· Fast and accurate typing, attention to detail, familiarity with databases, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

· Prior data entry experience is a plus.

· Willing to report Monday to Friday; Saturday if needed.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
