Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Received calls from expansion partners.
➢ Assist and resolve all calls.
➢ Encode all call data.
➢ Encoding on accounting system
➢ Handling customer service and/or complaints.
Qualifications:
➢ Must be college graduate (4-year course)
➢ No experience needed.
➢ Must be computer literate.
➢ Have good communication skills.
➢ Can work with minimal supervision.
➢ Can communicate in english and/or filipino.
➢ Willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule
