Digital System Support Specialist

Overview:
Olive and Vine Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Digital Systems Support Specialist to assist in the implementation of new ERP systems and handle daily digital tasks. This role involves supporting a consultant with ERP system implementation, managing data visualization, business intelligence (BI) tasks, digital content, SEO, and automation tasks utilizing ChatGPT.
Responsibilities:
• ERP System Implementation Support:
o Assist the consultant in the setup and integration of ERP systems.
o Ensure data from existing sources (e.g., Excel) is correctly imported and structured within the ERP system.
o Help configure ERP modules to meet the factory's operational requirements.
o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the new ERP system.
• Data Visualization and BI:
o Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for factory operations.
o Utilize BI tools to analyze data and generate meaningful visualizations.
o Ensure real-time data monitoring and updates within the system.

• Daily Digital Tasks:
o Create, edit, and manage digital content across various platforms.
o Implement and optimize SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
o Utilize ChatGPT to automate routine tasks, generate reports, and support communication.
• Training and Documentation:
o Develop user guides and training materials for staff on how to use the new ERP system and BI tools.
o Conduct training sessions for factory staff on ERP functionalities and data visualization techniques.
o Document processes and procedures for system usage and digital tasks.
• Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with the consultant and other team members to ensure smooth system implementation.
o Communicate effectively with staff to gather requirements and feedback.
o Coordinate with different departments to ensure all digital needs are met.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI-driven automation tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital content management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in system implementation and support.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing concept, and system implementation in both front and back end.
Work Environment:
• This is a remote work position with occasional on-site visits as needed.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate collaboration with international teams.
