People Management:
• Leading and developing a team of Aftercare Coordinators; responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the team.
• Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with client's policies and procedures; additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.
• Communicating policies to coordinators and become the primary information source for staff; following-up to ensure compliance and consistency; taking corrective action as necessary and documenting the issue and actions taken.
Project Management:
• Solving complex vendor invoicing issues and proactively heading off negative service trends
• Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures
• Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures
• Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve vendor promise expectations
• Perform other projects and duties as required

Job Requirement:
• Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
• Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal in English
• Applicants must be willing to work in 3F Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City,Taguig
• Amenable to work for a shifting schedule

Qualifications
• With three years of Team Leader work experience in a healthcare account under BPO company
• Willing to work on-site in Market! Market!, and willing to render overtime
