Job Description

Licensed Civil Engineer or BS in Management graduate from a reputable university/college; has good scholastic records; at least ten (10) years experience in various civil engineering and management works in real estate business with concentration on Property Management and Maintenance, Landscaping and Nursery operations and Health, Safety and Security operations; five (5) years of which is in managerial capacity; has very good leadership, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; computer literate, has auto cad knowledge; has driving skills and driver’s license; aligns with the organization's shared values
