Job Description
• Assist employees with their mandatory benefits concerns such as contributions, loans, and other benefits such as the Social Security System, Home Development Mutual Fund, and Philippine Health Insurance (PhilHealth).
• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
• Provide updates in all the announcements and advisories regarding the changes in the system, process, and requirements of all the government offices in terms of the mandated benefits of the employees.
• Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
• Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
• Amenable to assigned at onsite project - Quezon City
