Job Description

1. Oversee the administration of the company-initiated and government-mandated benefits;
2. Ensure all planned activities are processed in a timely and accurate manner;
3. Ensure that employees' data required for mandated benefits are accurately reported for mandatory benefit processing;
4. Processes existing company benefits as necessary in accordance with existing policies and procedures;
5. Ensure that all benefits/salaries are in accordance with government rules and regulations;
6. Responsible for ensuring the complete semi-monthly and monthly government premiums plan.
7. Recommend and align new policies and procedures based on the approved guidelines set by the management in compliance with the minimum set of guidelines from the government.
8. Monitors and updates compensation plans, monetary and non-monetary benefits;
9. Processes documentation requirements of employees for mandated benefits such as certification for SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF;
10. Ensures that employees data required for mandated benefits are accurately reported for mandatory benefit processing;
11. Prepares and provides employees with documentary requirements to support availment of government benefits or compliance, such as a Certificate of Contribution for Philhealth, etc.
12. Facilitate benefits related to violence against women and children (VAWC), maternity leave (ML), paternity leave (PL), bereavement leave (BL), Magna Carta for Women (MCW), and Solo Parent Leave (PSPL).
13. Validate documents for SSS Maternity and Sickness benefits, ensuring timely disbursement of benefits.
14. Handles maternity benefit claims and discussions with employees regarding maternity benefits.
15. Collaborates with the Finance team to track the status of pending reimbursement of advanced benefits. Ensure that the amount is credited to the company's bank account in a timely manner.
16. Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation and benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
17. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs.
18. Assist in resolving employee issues related to compensation and benefits in a fair and timely manner.
